He acknowledged me even though he was assisting another guest to let me know he would help me once he’s finished. )get more organized...had 9 am appt for state inspection...took 2 and 1 half hour.service came to get me and said I needed 4 new tires I then was told the wrong Insp ticket was shown to me. 9 am appt and my car wasn't brought in until 11. Bad experience.

Customer service was excellent. Samantha (Sam) took the time to explain the service that was being provided and what maintenance will be further needed on my vehicle in an understandable manner. When I got in my vehicle to leave, the warning lights were still on so I went back inside to let Sam know and she personally took care of resolving the issue. It’s been a long time since I had this level of customer service with Priority Nissan of Newport News. Please do whatever possible to keep Sam on the Priority Nissan team. She is an asset!!!!

My experience with the representative was excellent. I do feel that the customer should be given unknown information about there vehicle without finding things they need for their vehicles through the media. Like air conditioner filters. Never knew that. And no one mentions it
