I told you a week ago, when I made the appointment, that I needed a new seatbelt receiver, but you didn’t order it until I brought my car in today. So now you expect me to be without my car for another day (today, and the day when the buckle arrives). So for 10 days or more, I’m driving illegally and un-safely in a car without a working seatbelt. That fact hasn’t seemed to trouble anyone at Holly Chev.
