I do have one complaint, not with Aaron but with the car dealer. We recently bought this used car from you, and at first oil change we had to replace the cabin air filter due to it being extremely dirty. My question is, why wasn’t this changed before this car was put on the lot for sale?? Doesn’t your dealership go threw the general maintenance (oil change etc)before putting it on the lot to sell??

A simple oil change with tire rotation Turned into and overnight stay in your garage thanks to you guys breaking a stud when getting a lug nut off. They you guys charged me for 2 replacement studs and all of that extra labor time.. I recall being told on the phone that there would be “no charge to me” when talking about the stud replacement. Safe to say it really put a sour taste in my mouth, and I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back.
$80 (which is still too expensive) very quickly turned into $225..
