Never coming back.
I bought a vehicle a few months ago.
I was pressured into getting a warranty and felt VERY uncomfortable. Rude comments were made because I chose not to get a warranty through Kruse. The interior of the vehicle was dirty, Kruse said they would clean it....
The vehicle was delivered to my house and the interior was DIRTY! Liquid stains in the doors, wrappers under the seats and more! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I have put less than 200 miles on the vehicle and the check engine light came on. Made an appointment for 7:30 AM and did not recieve a phone call until 3 PM.... what's the point in even making an appointment. The gentleman in the repair shop was pleasant and kind. He said Kruse does not have the technology to fix the issue and it needed to be taken to Lockwood. I will definitely take my business to Lockwood. I should have purchased my vehicle from there in the first place.
I understand I bought a used vehicle but come on. Your customer service is strongly lacking. I am very disappointed.

The tire rebalance was free since they didn’t do it right the first time at mount and balance which took twice as long as it was suppose to.... Then I had to schedule a a second appointment due to poor initial balance, Thought it would be a quick rebalance in 30-45 minutes, it took 75 minutes. My time is valuable and I have developed a very poor impression of the competence in what should be a quick easy maintenance task...

I was very satisfied with most of my experience at Kruse Ford in Marshall. What kept me from being “completely” satisfied was the time it took to service my vehicle. I had a set appointment time and was there at that time. My vehicle was taken into the shop on time, but then it took 2 hours to change my oil and rotate my tires. I don’t know what the hold up was, but I could have done that in half the time at home.
