My tires were not rotated, the technician left marks all over the front of the vehicle from what I believe was a greasy black rubber hose. There was black grease smeared over the drivers door handle.
The documentation stated that recommended service was declined, when I was never told I needed any additional service, nor even given the chance to accept or decline it.

Peyton did a good job, but the technician did not. I had to come back because there was a rattling sound of something loose and then the engine started to overheat. Turned out a bolt was not tightened and the coolant was not filled all the way.

There was very minimal communication between me and the service department, was told different things from different people at the same time, was told it was gonna be done 2 times, the first time I never got a call the day of it being done, so I called the next day to see what was going on, didn’t get a response from the service department, my salesman I was dealing with was having to talk to them to get any info for me, was not impressed at all. The second time I was told it was gonna be done I never herd what was going on tell I ended up showing up, to find my representative was not there and another representative was helpful and actually made something happen! I appreciate all the work that the tech did for me! But the experience was less than I imagined it would be. I was hoping to find a dealership service department staff that actually cares for the people! My experience with the dealership tell this point has been great!
