My Bolt was running fine when I brought it in for a GM service update. It only took an hour and it still runs fine so far. Service staff was very nice to me too. Thank you.

first my appointment was at 8:15, upon arrival i was told the tech was in an 4 hour meeting and had 14 cars to check before mine. When i asked why my appointment was for today Eric said it is just an appointment like a doctor office, they will get to it when they do. I presented information about a conversation I had with Kim with concerns about the history of my vehicle, he said that would be a management issue / and no follow up was done to my knowledge. i also informed him that Kim said the cost would be between 1500 and 2200, he said he wished she would not do that, then my quote came back at 2200 to 2800. I asked Kim what it would cost for a timing chain and her quote was not the amount that I was given from Eric. I asked how long it would take to get the vehicle fixed, he said he could not give me an eta until i confirmed I wanted my vehicle fixed there. I then informed I was picking my vehicle up and not getting it fixed there. I bought this vehicle brand new from Holland denoyer, had worked with Carmen. had several times upon check ups informed i was hearing a noise from the motor, mechanics could not find it, she told me it would be documented and be taken care of it if something came of it. Kim said the only thing in my history said clunk when brake was put on. I did have that too and still sometimes do but the mechanics could not find that either. Kim said she would look into it and follow up with gm. I told Eric that, he said that was between me and management, not him, It was not my fault that the other issue was not documented correctly and now the quote that I was given by Kim was not even close. I will never buy another vehicle from Holland Denoyer again. I bought a 2016 Chevrolet cruze brand new from Chevrolet in Muskegon also in the past because of the sales team there and I will now probably buy another vehicle from them because of all listed above.
