I agreed to two service procedures that cost me $300 with most of it labor for an hour and a half of work that was required by the owners manual. I got home and read the service recommendations and they aren’t even listed. I got duped at a simple oil change covered under my maintenance plan into something that cost me a $200 dollars in labor for an hours worth of work. Won’t happen again!

First and foremost, I do NOT want a call back to discuss. I have already discussed this with Kim. I was not happy at all with the service. I brought my truck in for the AC repair that I had diagnosed last fall. Service did not have the part nor a price for it on the first day so it had to stay over night...for something I was told would take 3-4 hours. Second, I said there was a hard shift between gear 1 & 2. I expected them to do a test drive to see if they could replicate it. I did not expect them to pull the trans pan and then charge me way over $100 for something I did not ask for. Then talking about pulling the trans pan, I was completely shocked that your service department would drop the pan, see the dirty fluid, and not just simply dump the old fluid and add new. Yes, I declined the trans flush because it was way too expensive to do after getting the ac repaired. But the fact they didnt put new fluid in when they had it apart...blows my mind. To do that little step would have been very appreicative...especially since you charged me a bunch of money to pull the pan without telling me you were going to do that. And while we are talking about telling me things, I did not receive ONE call the whole time the truck was in service. 1. Not to tell me the ac part wasnt in stock like it should have been. I made an appointment, the ac issue was diagnosed last fall...the part should have been there and ready to be installed. I didnt find out until I called and left a message asking why and then I got a call back THE NEXT MORNING that the part was not there, 2. Not that they wanted to pull the trans pan off, 3. not that it wasnt going to be ready and it was going to be a SECOND day in the shop so I could have planned for that delay. All this was very disappointing and I WILL NOT be back for any service nor purchasing any further vehicles. This was my 3rd vehicle and it is getting very close to buying a new vehicle for my wife. Once again, I do NOT want a call back, I am just telling you that you lost a long term customer for what could have been very little effort to do the right thing to provide good customer service.

I recently purchased my car with 6,000 plus miles on the car and assumed it had a oil change when I received it. After I got home with the car it showed 18% oil left. There were no records in your computer system that you completed a routine oil change between 3,000 - 5,000 miles, so I had to already return for a oil change just a week later after purchasing the car.
