Eric stated he had been doing this type of work for 20+ years and had no idea what I was talking about as far as getting paperwork showing why I brought the 2019 Chevy Colorado for multiple issues and hung up. I drove back to the dealership and he handed me the paperwork. I asked Eric if he could call me instead of texting updates and I was told, “This is how we communicate with customers now.” I called and spoke with Kim, manager, explained this and also requested the outcome from multiple issues to be sent via email so I could ask questions prior to picking up truck. The mileage was not changed on the paperwork and this is a leased vehicle that I have to pay for miles going over. There was no written explanation as to how or what was done to the back window which was leaking. I picked up truck after hours and two pieces of orange tape on the corners of back window were there. No explanation. Vehicle has transmission issues and comments : “Could not duplicate” have been used. I leased this vehicle with only 8 miles on it February 28, 2019. The steering wheel has been replaced, the muffler has been replaced, the AC condenser has been replaced. Eric stated he would not have that information because I had truck serviced at different dealerships. It was on the paperwork he gave me when I drove back to DeNoyer. The handling of multiple issues, or failure to acknowledge major issues, with this vehicle represents how GM views its customers. This is not acceptable.

In the past we had awesome customer service with Carmen. The last few times the level of customer service has unfortunately come down. Dominique is a friend so we keep coming back, but to be honest the service this last time was not good. First, I had to bring it back because something went wrong the last time I was in for service so it was already an unnecessary inconvenience for me. Then today I was told Peyton would call me back soon so I could pick my car up before the end of the day but she never did. I finally called to find out she left already. Luckily someone else stepped in to get it taken care of. Still don’t have the quote for the other part. Overall it was just poor service from what we were used to receiving there.

Everything was fine except the loaner car. I understand it's a convenience to have one, but the new car was dirty, sticky and someone smoked in it even though there is a clear sticker on the windshield saying not to. I find it off the car wasnt gone over, picked up, and sticky areas cleaner prior to sending it back out. Other than the loaner car, the service was fine. Eric was great and upfront with everything. I had no problem with him whatsoever. It was refreshing. Issues were fixed as well.
