I had requested the do the computer diagnostics and make sure the computer programming on my 2015 suburban was up to date. I specifically told this to the service under writer. I dont get a call for a few hours even though my appt was at 8.15. I called in and they tell me it was being test driven. Didn't know why because I told them exactly what happened. The next call I get is after a video was sent to me of my transmission pan was taken off and no call telling me about anything involving what I asked with the computer or bulletins out on the transmission issues that are out there. Instead I get a call stating I need a new transmission. 5k and no other solution or attempt to do what I actually requested. Very disappointed in the communication and the process of not doing what I came in for.

Have my paperwork to the wrong guest and they gave him info about what was needed on my car....I overheard but wasn’t listening it was t until the guy tried to checkout he realized it was not his vehicle. So I never got the info regarding my vehicle. Then I had to return because debris made its way into my cabin air filter that was causing a noise. When I called the lady acted annoyed because I wanted to bring my car in but it was 4 a d they close at 5. I’m sorry but I didn’t ask to be inconvenienced to have to return to the sane place that I already spent 1.5 hrs waiting for my oill change and tire rotation. Not my first poor customer service experience here but I will tell you it’s quickly becoming my last...

When my oil change was completed and I entered my truck, I had the passenger that was closed 75%. The mirrors on my truck are operated electronically. I had to open and close three times before the passenger mirror would open and once it started to open there was a loud gear sound followed by a loud grind noise. The mirror did open and close twice since then without a problem. In the future if there is anyone to operate my mirrors, use the mirror switch on the drivers door panel. PLEASE DO NOT OPERATE MANUALLY FROM THE EXTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE.

After an hour of waiting beyond when the appointment was scheduled for, I had to call the dealership's service department to remind them my vehicle had not been picked up with the shuttle service as planned. It seemed clear that something was missed and I was forgotten. When I was finally notified they were on their way, the vehicle they claimed to be picking up was a Volt; I'm not sure how that could be confused with my Silverado truck. The reason I had scheduled my appointment for a Wednesday is because I knew I would be working until about 5 or 6pm and figured this would allow enough time for a quick inspection to happen if the vehicle was picked up in the morning. As I finished my day at work, I realized I had not been called for any updates or notified my vehicle wouldn't be completed. So, I needed to call the Service Department again to see what was going on. As a side note, the phone number I called was the front desk or something. When requesting to be transferred to Service, I was not told that it would go to voicemail since they had closed at 5:30pm. After leaving the voicemail I looked at the website to only discover the hard way that the Service Department was closed and wouldn't be calling me back anymore. Near 5:45pm (about 10 minutes after leaving the voicemail for the Service Department), I called the same number for the front desk to see if there was anything they could do as I was now stranded without my vehicle, and no way home. After only 1 attempt to transfer my call to someone who might be able to help (which resulted in someone's answering machine), the front desk number no longer answered my calls; possibly because it was 6pm and they were on their way home. After scrambling to find my own way home, I assured myself that the voicemail I originally left in the Service Department would be acted upon, and the whole mess would be over the next morning. The next morning came and I waited and waited for a call back, but there was none. By 10am, I decided I shouldn't wait any longer if I still wanted my vehicle returned on the same day. When I finally talked to someone, it felt like my paperwork was lost or forgotten about again. I was told that someone would get right on it. (Remember, it was only supposed to be a quick inspection.) A few hours passed and I was thrilled when I saw a number from the dealership was actually calling me for a update. The inspection was complete and we discussed what services should be performed with the assurance I would receive my vehicle today before the shop closed down again. Upon hearing what services needed to be performed, I was told that one of my headlights was out. Now, even though I have no proof it was, or wasn't, in working condition prior to the shuttle service picking up the vehicle the day before, I accepted the fact that the bulb needed to be replaced and weird coincidences sometimes happen. I also accepted the work for the other service items to be performed. While discussing final details, I requested a piece of paper signed from a certified technician saying that my vehicle is good and safe to be driven on the road (for an insurance company I just switched to). Upon receiving my vehicle near the end of normal business hours, I joking said to myself, "Seriously?!" as the headlight was out (not fixed) and the document I requested was nowhere to be seen. I have to assume that the other services were performed and not forgotten about too. One of my items of service was for tires. Only because I have digital display of my air pressure in each tire can I know for sure that this is the only item that was addressed.

I will be following up with a more specific email, however, when I returned home from work tonight and closed my garage door the entire garage REEKED of burnt oil! Upon popping my hood it became clear my oil was overfilled and some had spilled down the side of my engine. I’m particularly perturbed by this because one, I just spent $200 and your establishment and two, I was 30 minutes late to work because of once again slow service. And now my garage reeks of burnt oil and so I’m not a happy camper.
