My family and I have been purchasing vehicles from Denooyer Chevrolet for many many years. As always I left feeling safe, secure, and overly satisfied to have chosen Denooyer Chevrolet of Holland to service my vehicle. Today was my 2nd personal interaction with Bonnie. Just like the first her customer service was impeccable. Her mannerism with her customers was by far the most professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable that I have seen in a very long time. Bonnie walks by the motto of Denooyer: “A place that cares more about your satisfaction, and less about the bottom line. Peyton was great, as was the tech (Cody, I believe). Both were very polite and willing to help me out. My complaint lies with the fact that I had reserved a loaner car and made my daily schedule around having a car. However, you did not have a loaner car for me. It turned my day into a scramble and my husband was not pleased because he had to scramble too. It was eapecially irksome because when I deal with the Ford dealership for service they would often just let me test drive a new cars of my choice..hoping to lure me to upgrade. And, you have a parking lot full of new/used cars. Also, I had previously requested twice that I be the official contact for our Traverse, but all messages were still going to my husband. Peyton finally made the change for me. It works a lot better when I have control over my car.

Jesse was great! I was surprised that after spending $920 the vehicle wasn't vacuumed or washed. It had been there 11 days. Weve always purchased vehicles at Crown and have apparently been spoiled by their high level of customer service to the extent that weve come to expect the same from other dealerships. Quite a disappointment.

The service to my car was fine. However when I got to my vehicle in the parking lot it was unlocked. I was given the option of returning for my car the next day, so glad I didn't as who knows who could have entered my vehicle while the business was closed. I'm hoping the people who park the cars after service will remember to check vehicle security since not all key fobs work.

I made my appointment on line and received three reminders. Via text. When I arrived there was no record of the appointment. I was told it was probably a GM issue and it was shrugged off. I made another appointment. Two different advisories gave me two different assessments of what needed to be done. Both had supposedly checked my history. When I arrived for the on line appointment and was told There was no record of it, an assessor checked the system and told me I would need a few filter and fluid changes. When I returned for the rescheduled appt a second assessor told me I didn’t need those services since I had them a few months ago. Now I have a trust problem that I have never had before in all the years I have been coming to DeNooyer

Going to call u today. I had brother in law check out what u said about rocker arm and its perfectly fine yes the ball joint arm thing barley moves but not to where it needs to be replaced .but then the machanic never replaced my sticker for oil change so i dont have a clue when next time its due again . nothing like rush job done when i gave my time and dedication to your garage to do a satifation job ?????

Peyton was very polite. Alan directed me to Kim -service manager to get the error that was done in prior service corrected. They gave me a loaner car to use while they replaced the correct tire that was leaking air. I appreciate very much that DeNooyer made it right without additional cost to me. THANK YOU!
