Jesse was amazing. Super friendly from the moment he introduced himself when I dropped off my car to the time I picked it up. He kept me updated on my vehicle daily and went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of. I was honest and communicated my financials with them up front. Deenoyer took care of me when It came to the extra I didn't have to ensure that I had a proper safe reliable car to transport my children in this winter. They are an exceptional dealership, really care about their customers and make sure they do everything they can and more!

I waited for my oil change for an hour and a half and no one ever came and told me my car was ready. I happened to look outside and saw it parked upfront. I went to the desk and asked if that meant is was ready and the lady informed me that it had been sitting out there ready for over 30 minutes. I never left the waiting area inside and he never came in to tell me. He even walked past me about 15 minutes earlier and never said anything. I am pretty upset that I had to wait so long and If I had never seen my car, how much longer would I have been forced to wait?

Paperwork was not in car like he told me it would be. I trusted you and paid for it but I haven’t seen what you did. Detailing was Terrible. Could hardly see out of the windshield to drive him. It was all streaked and oily. Bottom of doors weren’t done very good. Still dirty

I do not want to be contacted please. I have had my car into Denooyer so many times and it always seems to be such a ordeal. For one I have to continually explain a warranty. This time I stood with my arms full of belongings from the loaner while I paid only to be sent out into the WEST lot to find wherever my car was parked.. Maybe this is a Covid thing to not pull the car around? Regardless, after all these years and repairs I have finally had enough of the service department at Denooyer.

The text messages and emails are beyond excessive. 2 calls, 5 emails, and 9 text messages for 1 oil change. That's just annoying ????

Overall the staff and service were great. I was confused about where I was supposed to go for different things (checking in, paying, etc.) signage in the parking lot and building could be added to make this more clear.
