Waiting for a call back from GM, as they are checking into why my part wasn’t warranted for 2 years ? The service advisor, never followed up with my texts, I still don’t know the results of the 20 point check on my car. Eric never told me results of car, brakes- I saw videos -but can’t read the results. Deb my first contact told me my parts had a 2 Year warranty. After talking to Kim, there was no further resolution. I have been a loyal customer and never look around when buying cars- I was disappointed
