The representative did not have a pleasant attitude. When getting a diagnosis on my vehicle he gave me a bunch of codes that I didn't understand and did not explain things well. Every time I called there was never an answer, took long to call back. I was very upset because he said they would have a diagnosis on a certain day, however they took about two weeks to tell me what was wrong with my car. Not coming back here anymore.
