I took my car in for 2 issues, I was told I have to Paid $205 for each issue. The first issue was to replace four sensors on my tires, each sensor is approximately $30 and yet Ford wanted to charge me $973 for the first issue. I told the rep to put my car to the side and do not proceed. I then texted the rep and told him my husband and I would come in to pick up my car. The rep told me I would have to also pay $205 for the second issue, even though I told him to NOT proceeded. The rep told me I signed the contract and I had to pay. The conversation with the rep and I was via text. My husband and I were very upset and told the rep we were coming in to get my car And we would like to speak to the manager. The rep texted us shortly after and said that we would not have to pay for the second issue. My husband and I are both seniors and on a fixed income; this type of money gouging from Norm Reeves is very disappointing, and makes us not trust Norm Reeves ethics.

Rudolph was friendly, helpful, clear about what service would be performed, and he explained why extra service was recommended for my vehicle. I was actually expecting to be told I needed a new battery. Rudolph asked that my battery be double checked. And indeed I didn’t need a new battery. I appreciate that I was not sold an unneeded item.
