From start to finish, the service advisor needs to lay out clear guidelines and expectations for how the vehicle will be serviced. If there are any optional services, please explain clearly in order to avoid any confusion and prevent frustration on service timeline.
I came in for a lightbulb replacement and it took 3 hours. Nothing was clearly communicated and no form of update in person or via text on the vehicle being service. The only communication received was at check in. The service advisor Andres simply stated “we will get you going”. 2 hrs later to find out the truck is still in the same location it was in. There were no updates in those 2 hours and no form of interaction with the customer.
Previous to this service was my truck having needing new tires. The truck came back out to the ready line for pick up with the tires not properly inflated with the dashboard check engine light on.

The service was very satisfactory. The fact that the mileage was incorrect on me service report. Is a little concerning. I showed up with 89,949 miles on my truck prior to getting it serviced. But on my service report it is at 90,429. Like I stated, very satisfied with the service.
