Rafael turned a not so good situation around. The maintenance department was understaffed and behind schedule on appointments. But he never lost his cool even when everyone was upset. I was so upset about it taking over 30 minutes just to be seen for my appointment. But Rafael was able to turn it around. If it weren’t for him I probably wouldn’t come back for service. Huge shout out to Rafael!

I took my 2017 F250 in for service (engine light) 3 times for a total of 15 days and still couldn't fix it. All they did was update my PCM and ECM and give it back to me and after about 50 miles the light comes back on. The last time I took it in I waited for 45 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. The bad part there was 2 other people ahead of me and they stated they haven't been helped.

I paid $200+ for the fuel injection maintenance. The hose clamp wasn’t tightened after service causing the hose to be blown off. Good thing this didn’t happen on the highway and my husband knows a thing or two. Not to mention I called in Saturday afternoon at about 12 o’clock and was bounced around from voicemail to voicemail couldn’t get anybody on the phone, called back a third time was on hold as caller number two for seven minutes or more. I was talking to my husband about not being able to reach anybody on the phone and he mentioned Tim said he was going to be gone for the weekend I asked two people that answered the phone to speak to Tim if Tim was not in then they should’ve told me that . Customer service isn’t just a department it’s an attitude-it’s poor to say the least I have photos if you’d like to see them

Rafael was super nice, but getting took forever.. 45 minutes to even get to him and u had an appointment and only like 3 cars ahead of me... Never had such a slow process to just drop the car off.. Someone should just take ur info and you can go, instead of sitting waiting and waiting, literally like 6 people doing nothing but chit chatting.

So far I have not received any service just that mechanic had not let completed his finding. I told Daniel what I wanted to be looked atbapparently mechanic did not finish diagnosing and now Daniel stated he would be off Friday and get back to me on Monday. That was unexcepted but what could I do. Looked for a return call from Service Mgr Friday but I received a text about this survey
