The service was the Best, what was just me changing and getting a new Horn. Turned out to be a bad Horn but because of other pieces of brackets and Coverings which made the Horn not work again. Rafael was so attentive and was honest about pricing and letting me know what needed to get fixed. He wasn't around-the-bush, he told me straight up this is what happened, but for your inconvenience, it will be free of Charge. Thanks Rafael and Thanks FORD.
