Rafael Gonzales-Moran had excellent customer service. He kept me updated on the process. My vehicle was finished in a timely manner and everything done to the vehicle was discussed during a phone call and was documented on the service receipt. My only concern was no loaner vehicle was offered after Rafael stated they would keep my vehicle for 2-3 days. I had to Uber home and back to the dealership which was an unexpected cost. I had received terrible customer service at another local dealer but I am happy I chose norm reeves Ford Cerritos and will be back for any service needs.
