The service rep, Ivan was great! He was pleasant to talk to & seemed to be accommodating. However, I never heard back the day of nor the following day regarding my questions as to what products were used for the premier coatings applied to my new Hybrid Explorer which I paid $367 for. Upon inspection of the vehicle, it appeared to only be washed & armor all applied all over the interior which left residue on my hands and clothing which I smelled and felt on myself even driving my other vehicles later in the day. It was not what I expected for the interior treatment & regret ever agreeing to the service. The exterior was cleaned but did not feel as slippery as even a good clay and wax job. I makes me wonder if the ceramic coating was applied at all. I can only trust that it was. The rims are still dirty & even appear pitted. I think very little attention was paid to the rims at all & I am very disappointed in the overall service from the detail department. Lesson learned. I will not have this type of service done by your dealership in the future.

I have been undecided whether to have my car serviced at Norm Reeves, where in the past I received good service or whether to try much closer Ken Brody in Buena Park. Based on the outstanding helpfulness of Rafael I will definitely stay with Norm Reeves!

I purchased a service contract woth my vehicle. I plan on keeping it a long time so I asked at the time I purchased the contract how much more it would cost to upgrade the oil from semi-synthetic to full synthetic. I was told they could not add it to the contract but I would pay a small upcharge wjen I had service completed. When I purchased the truck the sales person introduced me to the service manager and I asked at that time how much I could expect to pay as an upcharge. The service manager said it would be about $16. After the first service I paid $24 a little more then $16 but I accepted it. The next service the upgrade was given to me since there were issues with the 1st service, it was done as goodwill and I appreciated it. Last week, I took my truck in for service and asked for the upgraded oil. When I picked the truck up, I was ASTONISHED when the service person said it was $54. Almost exactly 1 year ago I paid $24! How could this be? The cost of synthetic oil for 2 gallons at Costco is $33! #1 How nothing get cheaper these days, I understand that but 110% increase? #2 How could there be a $50 cost difference between 6 quarts of semi synthetic and 6 quarts of full synthetic. I understand your there to make money. I get it! I support it! But I already paid for the service! And to be quite honest, it's not even the money. it's the fact the 2 of the 3 times I have had service done at Norn Reeves Ford I leave questioning the integrity of the product, the dealer, and the service personnel . Please take the time to look at my Yelp review that had already been viewed 146 times and the comments people have left. The review also has images of both receipts. Like I said before, its.not the money that bugs me most, its the lack of integrity that makes me question everything. Not to mention that even though I called and asked for recalls to he addressed they weren't only to be told that I better get the recalls addressed because it's possible DMV may now renew my registration!!! Now I have to make another appointment to have the recalls addressed before I pay for my tags in June! Really sad.

Checking in for service took nearly 1 hour, vehicle took 3 days to troubleshoot down to the battery, vehicle was 2.5 hours later than promised pick up time, status was only provided when I called. From a vehicle reliability perspective, this was the 2nd time the vehicle was in for the same issue.
