Tim was very friendly and helpful. I needed 4 recalls and an oil change. He called me as soon as my truck was ready so I can pick it up.

I was pleased with with the rapid repair of my vehicle. They called me the next morning after l dropped the car the day before and they advise me the car was ready. I arrived and paid my bill and they advised me car would be pulled right away. After waiting 50 minutes l asked where my car was at. Finally after another 10 minutes they finally brought my car out. Waiting an hour after paying my bill for my car, l'm no longer a happy customer. There was no follow up to make sure l received my car.

The last few times I’ve had to wait close to 30 minutes before someone even acknowledged that I was there on time (actually 5 minutes early). You state when I make my appointments “please be on time and if you’re running late let us know) the email and text message says the same thing, so it only seems fair that you should be on time. I understand things things happen, but like I said this is how it has been the last 2-3 times. My daughter brings her Escape there and she has been late to work because it took so long to get checked in.
Raymond did a good job, but I do have a suggestion, when the person that is going to handle you account comes over to your car and asks if this is my first time here, my thought is shouldn’t he have already looked at my paperwork?? Maybe you should ask how Ken Grody does their service center, I use to take my car there (that is where I bought it) I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I come to your shop because it is much closer.

Considering that my vehicle has been in and out of service for the same issue with no improvements made. I find that upon the delivery of my vehicle there has been no effort to offer any courtesy such as a simple wash or detail.

It was easy to make a reservation for service on the Internet. All personnel were pleasant and knowledgeable. I was given him an appointment time of 12:15 PM on a Saturday morning. I arrived at 12 o’clock and my car wasn’t taken into the shop until 2:00 PM. It was ready at 2:30 PM. I think that since I had a reservation and I was on time for my reservation that the service was very slow. I appreciate the fact that they were busy, however,When you have an appointment the time should be kept.
