While the vehicle drives much better. It makes a loud noise when the vehicle is stopped and I hear it when backing up.

Rafael was more than just doing his job... he went above and beyond. The service was covered under an extended warranty and getting through to them for approval was maddening. I know, I called them myself and was on hold for 45 minutes myself.
