Team member who helped me called me and said my car was ready. Got there and had to wait about 10 min to leave in my car. What he should’ve said was the bill was ready to be paid. I asked him I thought it was ready and he said it is they just need to pull it out of the garage and bring it up . Just feel they need to work on the specifics instead of defending themselves even though they are wrong.

For one the labor cost was outrageous. I went in for a routine oil change and got my brakes changed with fluid and my fuel injection checked and serviced. The parts for all that was around $300 but labor was an astonishing +$800. No one explained why the labor cost so much or what the hourly rate was for the services.
or how many hours were actually spent on my car. I don’t mind paying for the amazing work is done or labor spent on my car, but nearly $900 on just labor is extreme. Not only that, when my car was brought to me I was told I would at the very least be provided with a complimentary car wash, which I wasn’t. I picked up my car just as I lefted. The little things count. I thank Rafael for his assistance, I know he doesn’t set the pricing for these things, but the overall experience was not satisfying at all. — Alex S
