Rafael was great and kept me updated. The issues with my car and the error messages from the Ford Pass system are not fixed. I am also having electrical issues. Apparently the individuals who can test for these items do not work Saturday. The challenge that I have is that I explained I had electrical issues when I booked the appointment so why didn’t someone tell me this. After being at the dealership for 4-1/2 hours for an oil change I am frustrated that the issues were not resolved and I was asked to make another appointment during the week. I work and taking a day off is not an option for me at this time. It appeared that there were way too many people and cars there on Saturday. I am not sure if they all had appointments but waiting that long for an oil change and not to have my electrical issues addressed is hard to understand. Maybe the electrical person should work on Saturdays or don’t book appointments for these issues on a weekend.

The service advisor that was handling the service of my truck and communication with was unacceptable due to he failed to return my call multiple times. I called and left messages requesting he call me back with the status of the repairs on my truck and did not return my calls.
I am very disappointed in level of Daniel’s customer relations practices.
