It took over an hour to check in, not a reflection of Ivan. I’m guessing there was a lot going on wit he Hyundai dealership moving as well as this pandemic? Hoping that a long of a wait to drop off my vehicle is not the new norm.

My vehicle went in for the service that was recommended by my service rep Daniel. He did a great job by keeping me informed and up to date on my car it's the actual service that was bad. I wanted my tires balanced the car now vibrates more than before I took it in. Huge inconvenience. I switched from Caruso Ford because of their customer service. The only reason I haven't stopped coming to Norm Reeves is because the customer service is way better then anywhere else, but what is going on with the quality control are the mechanics all new, or did I just get the new guy.
