Now,the problem in this place is always the person bringing your car to the front when is ready. They are the most stupid people I ever seen in a work place, why? Why you hire these people to give us such a last impression as a customer? This guy(I won't mention his name) gives me the car keys and he takes off. I'm all surrounded by cars and there's no way for me to get out! Hello! This guy is more stupid than the one before, again, why?

Overall I was satisfied with the service until one week of driving the car I noticed the AC/heated seats stopped working. In addition, the AC began to blow weaker on the passenger side of the car. Everything was working fine when it came to those two things until I took it in for service.

Horrible service I had an appointment at 1:30 and i finally had to call manager to help me out and then I got a call back from my service advisor and was notified that I need new batteries and maybe a alternator but I need to pay $260 to find out what was wrong but I had it towed to the dealer and triple AAA checked my batteries and said they were both good so I told my serviced advisor and he said that was what the technician said so I just did my oil change and filter and had my truck towed to another dealer and they told me it was the alternator and that my batteries were good I know you guys are desperate for money but that’s not the right way to do service I’m very disappointed with your company and I’m reporting this so you won’t take advantage of other people and if you don’t believe me call me and I’ll show you report I honestly don’t how you guys are still in business your department was so slow to bring cars and check in lots of people complaining
