I submitted (and asked) that on my scheduled service appointment we address my vehicles recall. This was done on 3 different occasions leading up to my appointment (I.e. when I scheduled the appointment, on the text message reminder I received and on the email reminder I received). Not once did I get a response or confirmation from the service department. At my appointment I learned that the service department would need to order the recall part and I will need to return(exactly what I was trying to avoid). Seems no one is managing this process properly.

They claim system was down for nearly 6 days

However, I was very disappointed in the pickup and delivery service driver who returned my car NOT following Covid safety protocol. The morning guy who picked my cat up was great. Followed all protocol.

Things were great up to the promised free car wash....it wasn’t done when I paid and was ready to go....I was told it would be 15 minutes....40+ minutes later I gave up and asked Rafael to get my car...unwashed...he did...I d say stop promising car washes when you can’t deliver on that promise!!...why not have cars washed and ready for customers before they are called to pick up their vehicle??
