He was a nice guy however. The time it took get my vehicle since the text of vehicle is ready until I actually got it was about an hour. I was very annoyed. No one seem to really know what was going on. Or were to locate my keys.

Wasted 3.5 hrs of my day and the issue was not resolved. I asked if the bedliner could be removed from my truck and was told that I would be charged for the labor. I wasted over 3 hrs of my day, yet NRF couldn't perform a 15 minute job without charging.

Reason for my unsatisfactory experience at Norm Reeves Ford was the following; My Sales Rep. Daniel Sanchez failed to answer nor rerurned any of my calls. Due to his failure to contact me I was unable to have the repairs necessary performed on my vehicle. Seeing as my insurance only covers 5 days of rental, I needed my vehicle back ASAP. In addition at the time of picking up my vehicle, he was charging me a non-existent deductible. I had explained to him at time of drop off that my insurance rep. had informed me that there was no deductible applicable. The worst part was that I was charged a fee of $155.00 for diagnostics even though he didn't give me the opportunity to have the repairs done due to his failure to communicate. Please have Service Manager call me to discuss this issue. I would appreciate further assistance. Thank you Isaias C

I don't appreciate being lied to. I was told to change the air filters on my car would cost me $40 and $70 but instead I was being charged $45 and $79.95. I brought this up to Jose and he said he would correct it but after I got home I saw the receipt and he did not correct the pricing. On top of that, he told me he would replace my key batteries free of charge and he ended up charging me for it. I will definitely not be returning to Norm Reeves Ford.
