It would have been a nice touch for you to have cleaned the car after performing the service. This was a routine operation every time Long Beach BMW worked on my cars.

Worst service experience, didn't top my fluids so I had to drive back to have them topped off. Warned another customer about getting her fluids checked and they neglected to top her fluids off as well.
