You had to keep my car all day. Whereas I appreciate the free Uber ride home, I had no way of coming back to pick up my car. I live alone. I had to ask a neighbor to drive me back to pick up my car. Since my car is still under warranty, I feel you should have giving me a loaner for the day, at the very least another free Uber ride back to pick up my car. The whole day was very inconvenient for me.

Jose was very professional and did a great job. My frustration was with the time it took to put everything together (receiving process, rental car arrangement) seemed to be very time consuming. I know you do a lot of volume and I appreciate the work that was done. The truck seems to be running well now. I don’t mean to complain, I just have a very busy schedule. Thanks for fixing my truck. Sean was awesome! You were swamped when I arrived for my appointment. Sean apologized and told me he’d be with me as soon as he could. I also had questions about my navigation map update. The service was done in a very timely matter & Sean went out of his way to communicate to me and also print up instructions on how I could get my maps updated. Great customer service.

Not just Jose but the overall service. This is my 3rd time already coming back just for the back up camera recall. And now I need to wait and come back for replacement. I had to wait 2-3 hours for the 3 times I went for the same service. I called in for the first time before I went there and the person I spoke to said he already ordered the part and went for a first thing Saturday appointment. After around 2.5 hours, I was told the replacement is not available yet and have to come back. I was promised to get a follow up call when the part is ready but I was the one who continuously followed up. Then I finally got another Saturday appointment for installation. Took around 3.5 hours with appointment and when I got home, just realized that the back up grid lines aren’t showing up. I called and texted and finally got a response to come in the following Saturday. I now went for the 3rd time and spent 3 hours just to say that another replacement unit will have to be ordered. Now here I come waiting again and now being promised to do the work for just 1 hour to appease the inconvenience. This is the worse experience so far from all my experience with any dealer. First time here and not sure if they can really turn this service around the 4th time I come back which I don’t know when at this point. Hope you all look at really focusing on your customers. Not good at all. Will update and send feedback again after my 4th visit and hope this gets fixed this time. Nothing to be happy about at anything right now.

Service advisor promised car would be done by 2pm so I chose to wait for it. Ended up being done at 4pm. I was there since 1130am. Not to rush the service but if I knew it was gonna take longer I would have gotten a ride home and come back for it later.

Rafael has my complaint.. my car was returned to me worst than I sent it in.. and then when I picked up my brand new car.. there was ship dust all over the car.. I’m very displeased with him and his response to it..

Mr Torres took care of the service being I waited for 20 minutes just to have someone come and ask what I was there for. I was just there for an oil change. He took care of me and I was very appreciative for what he did. I had an appointment but still had to wait long. Thank you Mr Torres for your help.

RAYMOND WAS GREAT. Just had concern about the young man that worked outside that let them know you were there and moved cars as he seem not so friendly probably to do with him not feeling well. He had a cough he was trying to hide it and kept clearing his throat. Concern for him due to virus and getting in my car and others. Also after waiting about 30 mins RAYMOND notice me still waiting and ran to get my car and apologize that I was still waiting . I was glad that happen so the other young man who was sick didn't get in my car rt before return to me. :) sorry not one to complain but covid kills and any signs of one being sick shld not be working. As for Raymond he is great.
