Very good experience! Service and maintenance done to my car has been great. Ivan Cruz was very helpful and informative in regards to the issue related to the engine and was able to resolve the issue as soon as the parts needed to be replaced came in. Car is running very well and I’m very satisfied with the customer service experience, other than the long wait for the parts to arrive, everything was close to perfect.

I didn't appreciate that I could not speak to my advisor, all so called updates were by text and I didn't like the fact that I had to continually call about my car close to closing because I needed my car by Monday for work. I think things could of been handled more professionally I understand I'm not the only customer but I do expect a little more professionalism.
