Crystal Lopez was friendly and proficient from the first moment she greeted me and made me feel welcome at Norm Reeves Ford to when she gave me the keys after my service with the breakdown of what this service completed and its results. She informed me of what I needed to know every step the way. She would ask me if I had any questions or other concerns but she was so thorough that I didn't really have any regarding this service. no I was not satisfied with the service before this one my 2022 F450 diesel exhaust fluid injector malfunction and caught fire. It took three weeks four days to fix it because they were trying to find out if I did any modifications to my truck and it is all stock, they were supposed to supply me with a rental car and they did not. They said they had to find out what was wrong. They knew from the beginning what was wrong and the truck was under manufacture warranty and I paid for the platinum service plan so I don’t have to pay for any service and I was supposed to get a free rental car if they keep my car over two days , that did not happen
