Everytime I pick up my car it takes forever. Today, the service person said, “wasn’t that your car?” Pointing to a spot where a car was. Then apologized and took more time and finally brought it up. It’s weird that a car can be done and then take forever to get it to the customer. I didn’t have it washed or anything. It’s a bad last impression.

Gary was great. He always communicates with me well and made sure I didn’t have to wait at the dealership for too long today. He always has my back. I was a little disappointed with the Service Technicians who worked on my car. This visit should not have happened in the first place. I had gotten service for a different issue on my steering wheel a few weeks ago, but I noticed that my alignment was off causing me to drive with a crooked steering wheel. It was so unpleasant that I had to come back to get it fixed. It was a sloppy mistake from the Technicians and they should have made sure the vehicle was ready to go the first time. It was an extreme inconvenience and waste of time for me to have to come all the way back and wait 2 hours at the dealership. All thanks to the person who worked on my car. I really hope that doesn’t have to happen again.

I was satisfied with how fast my problem was solved. My only disappointment was when I got my car back my car smelled like food. I took my car to wash and under my passenger seat there was lots of chips under the seat. I don’t appreciate that a tech or someone who works there was eating in my car.

I was satisfied with Rafael however once I left the experienced the problem that I brought my car in for they test drive my car and I had a little over a half of tank of gas when I picked up my car then while driving last night my gas gage showed I had a fuel tank of gas and I didn’t put any gas in my car, therefore the problem still exist. Please advise
