The good news is you have an incredible service person. His name is Gary. He goes above and beyond. All of the other experiences at your service department has been disappointing. I have sat in my car while other people went before me when I had an appointment. When I picked up my car last time uou had a service person at the desk talking on the phone. He never even looked at me. It took me 1/2 hour for your team to retrieve my car. This is just a couple of very disappointing experiences with your service team. Gary is an exception.

Rafael, did a great job! Car got 30K service and fixed/corrected the air pressure sensor fault. He set the expectations for my service and they were met. This does not happen with my Toyota and Chevy cars. Thank you Rafael.
