I don't know if this is normal, but it took almost a half hour to drop off my vehicle after the scheduled appointment time. In addition I was asked if I wanted a car wash then I said yes and when I pick the car up it had not been washed. this is my first time ever getting this car serviced I drove to Fresno to buy it and I'm searching for a dealer to stay with. I'm hoping Cerritos is that dealer since you are the closest one to me. Thanks Steve Hankins

I took my car for an oil change and then a few days later my engine light turned on. I then had to take it back to the dealer and the sales person told me that they had to tear down my engine to find what was happening to my car. I then was told that everything was covered so we got a rental but at the end it was not covered and I would have to pay about $5000 to fix my car for the whole tear down. Luckily I got a second opinion from a mechanic and it all my car needed was a tune up which cost $120. So I was going to pay $1000s of dollar when in reality I only needed to pay less than $200. Really unsatisfied and I will never be taking my car to get repaired at a Ford dealer.

I made appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes to check in. Then 2 and a half hours more for the job to be completed. When I go my truck back there was oily fingerprints all over hood and fenders. Horrible service at check in!!! I actually had to go get someone to help me. All the service advisors were just talking to each other instead of checking cars in
