Service takes way to long ! Never fails, just exceedingly east l way too long! For 1 thing it took 6/7 hours when I was told it would only take 2. Now I need to go back to get a light bulb changed out inside the car and I don't even want to go back to do so and be carless a whole day. My part for the light was supposed to come in about 2 days. It took over 1 week and that's that I had to call them because no one ever called me. Not my first time taking my car to get serviced and every time sadly is a very horrible experience

My service was fine, and they offered to wash my car, which I fully expected because I had to leave my car outside based on the recall information. I would’ve been fully satisfied with your service if my car had already been washed when I came to pick it up. Instead the car had to be washed after I got there, which meant I had about a 15-20 minute wait before I could leave.

This is not against Cindy. But my issue is still not corrected.
The navigation is still not up to date. Directing to locations that has not been there are years and also not taking to close by locations.
Very unreliable and frustrating. This is uneasy traveling when I can not rely on the navigation when it’s one of the perks I paid extra for.
I hope this will not be overlooked.
