Simply put, since for a recall you put me in a stripped entry level car that had accident damage, which seriously affected the handling of the car, was three years old, had an empty pizza box in the? trunk, and smelled heavily if perfume. And your service person put me into it, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Not just service, but car purchasing/ leasing You have lost a cussing who has bought 4 cars from you over the past 10 years, and will not recommend you to anyone again.

You didn’t have the needed part, you texted me every day but never indicated tou have the part, the vehicle has not been fixed and now I am getting a survey but nothing has been done. You have things out of order. Fix it, then ask if the customer is satisfied. Now I have to call your service department to figure out what is going on?
