Marisol is an upper-management person. She has all the qualities to become a general manager or director. I hope both people are recognized in a unit meeting and on their personnel evaluations.

I brought my vehicle in for a complimentary service. She noticed it had a recall even though a few weeks earlier we were told we didn’t need to fix it. She said Ford had changed that and arranged to have the recall taken care of at the same time. Since it was going to take longer she arranged for a ride home. The car was finished at the time promised. She went out of her way to work things out for me.
