Eduardo was absolutely the best service representative I have ever worked with. As a retired business owner i had purchased over 50 vehicles in my carder. Never have I had a.gentleman as Eduardo be courteous, conscientious, polite, and just old fashioned caring. The car in repair was my 91 year old mother’s and he treated her as if she was his mother.

Customer service rep, Richard Juarez, was good, but overall service was too slow. There was a 3 day wait for a service tech to inspect my vehicle. Then after 5 days, they couldn’t pinpoint the problem. My vehicle was released without any definitive diagnosis or repair. The car is new but
