Good morning, I'm unsatisfied due to having to rent a car for something that was preventable. I had just picked up my car From an airbag passenger passenger repair. Saturday morning, I noticed my battery was dead.I took it in the shop.
And address my concern of a dead battery. I waited advisor to determine the battery was good. Monday morning by battery was back dead again.I went in the shop.They said they were check my battery , then the alternator and the starter. I discussed with advisor I have a dead battery, battery is a problem. He advised the car must be left to the three business days and to get a car rental. On the third day I received a phone call stating my car was ready that it was the battery. I believe Ford owes me a refund for the car rental.Because I have stated my battery was bad to start off with. The problem is since I am a woman they think we are ignorant. I believe ford owes me the car rental charge.
