Although Raymond was GREAT! when you ask your team members to make sure wash the care and vacuum the inside of the car and they don’t vacuum the sand out of the inside...it makes the service member look like an idiot when he says, “We even got the sand out of the back!”...and it’s not...
Simple things like this are not the first time/things that make it a three star service.

Cindy did a great job but for the dealer, not very satisfied. I had to go back so many times for repair of my lift gate and a recall job. It was very frustrating experience. Cindy tried her best to help but what service dept does is beyond her control.
