I did have a last question at the very end that I had remembered to ask before leaving. It was in regards to my power seating. He let me know what number to call instead of taking a look at what I was talking about even just briefly at It before I left to give me a better idea of what I am looking at as far as if it’s covered by warranty or not. I just felt he could have at least taken a look at what I had mentioned but instead gave me a number to call. But other than that what I initially went in for was great. Thank you Ivan.

I arrived at Hyundai and waited for more than 20 minutes. There were no reserved customers, but 2-3 service personnel did not respond. When I complained, they started the service procedure. It's a covid-19 situation, but the service is terrible.
