BUT...
We still have an (months-long) ongoing issue with our Navigation that has NOT been resolved.
The guy that was working with us last said that he ordered the part. Then nothing for weeks & weeks. Only to find out he is no longer with Hyundai.
Seems that NOBODY took over and was told the part was never ordered and NOONE ever called us? So, we have two service experiences that are at the extreme polar opposite from each other with respect to our satisfaction.

The service issue I requested to be fixed is not fixed at all. My rear driver's side blinker is not working. My dad brought it in to be fixed. After Hyundai replaced the bulb, and my dad realized it still wasn't working so he had to bring the car back. Hyundai then realized that there was a contact loose and fixed. Yet, when I drove the car today, the blinker is still not working. This is extremely annoying. I've had two service appointments already this month. I brought up this issue at my first appointment. I told the worker that my blinker stopped working for a while, then started working again. He waived it off and didn't bother checking if there was actually anything wrong. He said that it might have just been a loose contact. The second appointment, my dad had to bring the car in twice on the same day to have one issue fixed, which still wasn't enough apparently. I want this issue fixed!
