Richard was my service advisor, he was polite but what he was unable to satisfy my long term loyalty to Norm Reeves Ford. I feel like I was overcharged on everything, I have warranty with Endurance, according to Richard Endurance only covers $150.00 per hour for the work that needed to be completed. He told me that your rate is higher than what Endurance pays & that I had to pay the difference. Norm Reeves contracts with Endurance and I shouldn’t have to make up the difference, if they don’t pay your rate you should not push the difference onto a loyal customer. I’m in the market for a new truck but quite honestly I’ll likely go elsewhere. I have purchased or leased many vehicles from you and I feel that I was taken advantage of by your service department!
