Repair took 9-10 days and I never received a call with updates. I had to call and inquire every few days. I was informed my rep was out sick and at every call I was told another rep or manager would be in touch but that call never came. I’ve had years of great service at this location but this now makes it the second time I’ve experienced a difficult time connecting with the reps in the service department. It’s disappointing.
