It was a terrible service. They took my car for over twelve hours after a promised three hours ONLY. They had my car overnight. After no communication whatsoever, not being told when my car would be ready until I made the call TO THEM several hours afterwards. There are two recalls that did not get fixed, I was scammed out of using two of my free services. I was told the issues would be fixed however, I came back the next day and they blamed the dangling front sensor on outside influence and tried to charge me 1500 dollars to fix it or commit insurance fraud. Although it was very clear that it was material defect. I intend to send this entire review to not only VW headquarters but also post on socials to warn others of the absolute dog **** service that you guys offer.

Jimmy was great and the service was excellent but I’m concerned that there’s no ride offered back to the dealer once I leave my car for the day. I was told that was cancelled when jimmy called to inform me my car was ready. It’s not really helpful to not offer loaners or a ride/shuttle.

I don't want to sound too harsh cuz you guys do take care of me. However with a brake inspection is there a reason my dashboard display was changed? My steering wheel was moved, and my lights were shut off. I can handle the seat being far back, That's normal. But it drives me nuts when somebody changes the configuration on my car and doesn't put it back

From the moment I walked in to get my car checked for an air filter problem, Josue was rude to me. He had an attitude with me right from the beginning. I very nicely said that there was a problem with the air filter in my car and that it was smelly. He immediately denied that there was a problem without turning the car on or doing any diagnostics. He then said that a new filter would be $92, which is ridiculous because it’s a new car. I finally had to go to the sales manager who was there, Sam, who was helpful in getting thr situation resolved.
