I pay three time for diagnostic of check engine there is no result first time ask me to clean the gasoline tank and he threw it was full hundred dollar then he say sorry not from the tank then again he asked me to change the fuel injector and I receive a car with a small heat and he told me come back again for repair because it was end of the week nobody called for this issue also on the third time also within 10 miles after I receive again the check engine coming it’s a very bad service and very bad communication a call And I keep iMessage to guide me or to ask for more solutions nobody calls and I keep a message with the operator also nobody called

I still have a question not answered yet. Here it is what it was about. Hi. I checked the bill. Is job #1 and #10 overlapped? Because when I went over your shop to do oil change, it will do the inspection as well. It seems this was double charge. Can you please check? Also, I really don’t like the way the agent asked my daughter to do all these extra services. It was planned to do oil change so I let my daughter to help to take the car for service, but somehow the service counselor did a good job to sell her different kinds of services and it ended up a bill of almost $600.
