They didn’t even let me explain the problem. They simply mention it in different words in job ****. They didn’t let me show them what actually problem is. They hold my car for one whole day and didn’t solve it at all. The problem still exist. Really bad experience.

I asked to pick up my car after hours and when I showed up, the sales dept did not have my car available neither access to it. Therefore, I wasted my time.

First, the invoice was unclear. The initial charge ($290) included unacknowledged increase without my approval and signature, and showed somewhat discrepancy of $30. Second, I've waited for the pick up logistics for about one and half hour. My car was ready at 5 pm on Aug. 19th. And, the driver arrived at 6:20 pm to pick up. I called the parts service center twice before 5 pm for arranging logistics. They ignored my calls. Still, $250 is charged on my account, which is different from the invoice. I hold all the documents including the invoice and the service charge. As a committed, 3 year long customer, I would claim this is a very disappointing experience, and, to me, I feel like I was judged by my language and skin color. This is not fair.
