This time I’m happy concerning service and time. But I’m outraged by the price. I had received an email from Norm Reeves concerning Competitive Price Match. I never thought there would be such a difference in pricing. While waiting for my car to be serviced I called Capistrano VW. They gave me a quote $450. LESS for brake repair. I feel “took”. I can’t imagine VW asking clients to call other dealerships to make them upset???? Why is Norm Reeves pricing so high. I’ve been having my car serviced for 12 years. How much money have I overpaid?
