One of my prime concerns was that my rear window defroster does not work. Upon my drive home, that issue has not been addressed and my rear window defroster still turns off after 5 minutes.

Only comment to add…the service was completed on my car and no one came to tell me and get me on my way for 30-minutes? Was disappointed when I had to come up to the service desk to ask them whether my car service had been finished, only to have to point out to them that my car had been brought up and parked. No one from the customer service desk even knew about it being done

I did have to return because the tire Gauglights came on but they got it fixed. The tires should have been checked BEFORE the car was turned over to me but it works

Today was kind of fun. Everyone I came in contact with interacted with me in a fun way and answered my questions honestly and without being defensive. I learned a lot and I’ll be back; but I was working with the Honda guys today and they won’t be there.

I understand that the service center was understaffed. I have patience, but this experience was not satisfactory. Can’t help but feel like I overpaid for service. My car was dirtier than when I dropped it off. Communication was poor and nothing against Nathan; he seemed overwhelmed with the short staff and was doing his best. When I came to pick up my vehicle I waited an hour patiently, and then had to ask for the service inspection. Overall leaving the service center having spent over $1,200 did not leave a good taste in my mouth, and my car is now making noises I’ve never heard before. Will not be coming back

Was quoted $1,700 to replace my front two wheel bearings. I have never heard such a greater scam out of money. Especially when another Volkswagen dealership quoted me -considerably less than that, can’t wrap my head around why you guys, the same Volkswagen company would charge more.
