Hi. What can I say, Raul was fantastic. Our Mechanic asked us to take the car to a dealer so they could assess the problem. Raul didn’t stop until he found the answer. The mechanics did a great job in hunting down the cause of the leakage and fixed it. The most honest dealer repair shop I have ever been to. Instead of just replacing parts you actually fixed the foam. Thank you.

The technicians never conveyed to me. Year after year, the problem in my car! In 2019 I complained about improper alignment in my car, and toll sate it is there. However now the tires are damaged and might need replacement.yet VW claims they are carrying WORLDCLASS INSPECTION!!!They failed to see the problem on going. I always take my car to VW workshop fir any maintenance. This is not the first time. VW must show a far better professional approach to remedy defects instead of hiding them
Micheal and Raul are assets to your company. They provide better service than the luxury dealerships we go to (Porsche). I really feel like they care about me and its genuine. If I buy another car from you it will be because of them. They updated me, made sure I got home ok on drop off and are very pleasant to interact with. Please make sure your GM knows all of this
